Tenant Finder Service
  • FREE Property assessment
  • Explain health and safety regulations

  • Collect and forward a deposit and first months rental payment to Landlord

Legal and Referencing Services
  • Tenant Referencing – A full range of services are available.
  • Gas Safety Certification – This is a legal requirement and should be undertaken annually.
  • Energy Performance Certification (EPCs) – As from 1st October 2008 where a dwelling is being let an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be required. The landlord must commission and obtain an EPC from a registered assessor, make a copy of the EPC available to any prospective tenant free of charge and give the tenant a copy of the EPC.

Maintenance Service

All aspects of maintenance are available to include repairs, redecoration, lock changing, ground maintenance, plumbing, electrical and gas fitting.

NO Percentages

All our fees are at a fixed rate, not a percentage of the monthly rental income. This helps you to manage your costs more effectively.

NO Hidden Fees

Our fully managed service has no hidden extras to pay for. No extra charge for tenancy agreement, inventories or administration.

In-House Maintenance

Property maintenance and minor repairs are carried out by our own staff. This gives a responsive efficient service without the need to pay call out fees.
